O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property based on the representation made by the petitioner on 12.02.2025.

2. Heard Mr.R.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 22.02.2023. Thereafter, there was some mistake in the T.Survey number and accordingly, the same was corrected as T.S.No.80/3. Thereafter, the petitioner was seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed 2/4

before this Court.

4. Taking into the consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has already carried out the necessary correction in the T.S.Number, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
