O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the 3rd respondent has already taken cognizance of the representation made by the petitioner and notice has been issued to the petitioner to attend for an enquiry on 20.03.2020. A copy of the letter was also placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct the enquiry strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
