ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking interest for the delayed payment of difference of commutation of pension amount, Gratuity and Leave Salary.

2.Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.The respondents may examine the service register of the petitioner and if the commutation of pension amount, Gratuity and Leave Salary had been paid with delay, pay 6% interest per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
