These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 2 and 3 herein as legal representatives of deceased sole appellant in the above appeals respectively.

2. Mr.S.Gopinathan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeals, the sole appellant died on 26.12.2022 and his wife and daughter are necessary parties to be impleaded in the above appeals. Hence, he has filed the above petitions to bring his legal heirs on record in the above appeals respectively.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, these petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole appellant are impleaded as appellants 2 and 3 in the above Second Appeals respectively. 10.07.2023 rpp Note :- Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 20.07.2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
