2. It is represented that the direction passed by this
Court in W.M.P.No.19233 of 2017 in W.P.No.34942 of 2014 dated 02.08.2017 has been complied with. To that extent, a cheque of Rs.3,33,468/- is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that no further order is necessary in the Contempt Petition.
