ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners complaining non-compliance of the order dated 29.09.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 34365 of 2016 2.

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly stated that the order dated 29.09.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 34365 of 2016 has been complied with by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. The contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
