C.M.P.Nos.10682, 10684 & 10685 of 2020 in S.A.No.1318 of 2008 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1205 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the Second Appeal, to set aside the abatement of the Second Appeal and to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 8 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant as appellants 3 to 8 in the above Second Appeal.

2. The Respondents have no objections to the petitions being ordered and the same is accordingly ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 28.07.2021.
