O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2013 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19800 of 2013. 2.This Court by an order dated 02.08.2013 directed the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 8.5.2013 and upon enquiry, if materials gathered indicating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent was

also directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible. Since the order is not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Sivaram Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the First Information Report has been registered in Cr.No.46 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(ii) of IPC. 4.Since the First Information Report has already been registered in Cr.No.46 of 2014 by conducting enquiry based on the complaint dated 8.5.2013, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
