Defendants PRAYER: Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, praying for a judgment and decree in favour of the plaintiffs against the first defendant :- 1/4

(a) to pay a sum of Rs.2,86,10,347/- (Rupees Two Crores Eighty Six Lakhs Ten Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Seven only) to the plaintiffs along with interest at the rate of 18% P.A. from the date of plaint till the date of repayment and to pass such other suitable orders and consequently direct the defendants to release the collateral security properties to the plaintiffs; (b)costs of this suit.
