This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Mr.B.Siva Kollapan, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent submitted that he has no serious objection in allowing the above application.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that 2nd respondent has no serious objection in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
