[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This Court disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.5229 of 2024 by order dated 29.02.2024. The petitioner in W.P.No.5229 of 2024 has now filed this petition for amendment of the Door Number and Street of the premises, in the affidavit and petition as well as in the order dated 29.02.2024.

2.It is not necessary to amend the affidavit and petition after the disposal of the writ petition. Since this Court is convinced that the mistake in Door Number and Street is by inadvertence, this petition is partly allowed and the order dated 29.02.2024 is modified to the effect that the relief granted to the petitioner is with reference to Door No.39, Old No.17, Veeraperumal Koil Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004.

3.Accordingly, the 1st paragraph of the order, dated 29.02.2024, made in W.P.No.5229 of 2024, shall read as follows : "This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's residential building at Door No.39, Old No.17, Veeraperumal Koil Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004, comprised in Survey No.1696/1, particularly by way of locking and sealing and or demolition of the same, pending final determination of the Special Revision Petition dated 23.01.2024 by the 1st respondent under Sections 80(A) and 80(A)(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties.
