C.M.P.No.5104 of 2022 in A.S.Sr.No.1249 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA,J It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the conditional order dated 02.08.2022 passed by this Court has been complied with by paying costs of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent and proof of payment is also filed before the Registry. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the respondent has received the amount.

2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the compliance is recorded. The Registry is directed to number the above Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
