O R D E R

This Original Petition has been filed, challenging the award dated 12.01.2019 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator for an amount of Rs.9,27,940.20/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Twenty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty and Twenty Paise Only) with interest at the rate of 18% per annum. 1/3

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that they have filed Joint Memo of Compromise before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre stating that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3. The said Joint Memo of Compromise dated 05.08.2019 shall form part and parcel of the award.

4. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed as settled out of the Court between the parties. Consequently, connected Application is closed. However, there is no order as to costs.

5. The court fee paid is ordered to be refunded to the petitioner as per law.
