Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to implead the petitioner as 2nd respondent in the above CRL.R.C.NO.670 OF 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARTHICK SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.S.THANKA SIVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SURIYA PRAKASH Government Advocate for R2 on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner as 2nd respondent in the above criminal revision case. The defacto complainant has filed this miscellaneous petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is necessary party and he should be impleaded for effective adjudication of the above criminal revision case. This Court is of the view that the petitioner is not a proper party to the above criminal revision case and without his presence, this Court can decide the revision on its own merits. Hence this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
