ORDER

This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 25.02.2025, disposed the petition with direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file final report. However, the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2023 has been stayed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1145 of 2024 by an order dated 22.01.2024. Hence he prayed for necessary direction.

3. Considering the above submissions, the following lines in the paragraph No. 5 of the order dated 25.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5300 of 2025 shall stand deleted.

" The third respondent is also directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order." Remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

Registry is directed to carryout the above correction and issue order copy afresh.
