This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the Docket Order passed by the Ld Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, in IA.No. 1137 of 2018 in OS.No. 258 of 2014 dated 20.07.2022 and pass such other or further orders as may be deemed necessary and fit in the circumstances of the case. PRAYER in CRP No. 1184 of 2024:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the Docket Order passed by the Ld Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, in IA.No. 996 of 2018 in OS.No. 271 of 2012 dated 20.07.2022 and pass such other or further orders as may be deemed necessary and fit in the circumstances of the case. M/s T.Ramachandran for R1 COMMON ORDER Pursuant to the order dated 08.08.2025, the cost imposed as a condition to allow the revisions, has been paid on 17.08.2025; a memo in this regard was
also filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.
2. In the light of the above, (i) the civil revision petitions are allowed, and the docket order dated 20.07.2022 is set aside.
(ii) The application for impleadment which is filed in the present revision petitions is closed with liberty to the civil miscellaneous petitioner to seek impleadment before the trial court. (iii)If any such application is filed, the trial Court shall dispose of the same expeditiously and within a period of four weeks from the date of the application being taken on file. (iv)Considering that the suits are pending from the year 2014, the trial court shall expedite the trial in the said suits, and the said suits shall be tried jointly and disposed of on or before 31.03.2026. (v) No costs.
