Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to commence conciliation proceedings forthwith and conclude the conciliation proceedings, in the Industrial Dispute raised by the petitioner union dated 19.7.2014 in accordance with Section 12(6) of the Industrial Disputes Act and further direct the first respondent Government to pass orders in the aforesaid Industrial Dispute in the event of failure of conciliation within such time as stipulated by this Court.
