Respondents Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents herein for committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in WP No.18415 of 2014 dated 14.07.2014 by not reinstate.

Considering the facts and submissions, especially the fact that the Death cum Retirement Gratuity has been released to the petitioner as revealed from the Letter No. 2983/A1/2014 dated 06.08.2018, which is also not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no non-compliance of this Court order and accordingly , the contempt petition is closed.
