PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to letter No.533/g m-7/2016-5, dated 13.02.2018 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and further direct the first 1/4
respondent to declare successful completion of probation of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant from May 1998, the date on which the petitioner passed all the departmental examination with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
After the writ petition was heard finally, orders came to reserved on 15.12.2022. At the request of the learned Special Government Pleader, today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being spoken to'.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his request for declaration of probation has been rejected through the impugned order dated 13.02.2018.
3. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.K2-160252019, dated 10.01.2023, whereby, the probation of the petitioner has been 2/4
declared with effect from 01.06.1998. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been met and therefore, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
