O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021, to extend the benefits of selection/special grade scale of pay, revision of pensionary benefits and pay the arrears, as per G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993.
2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition has already came before the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in the case of the Government of Tamil Nadu, rep. by the Secretary vs. G.Eswaran and the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court by an order dated 09.12.2016 in Rev. Aplc.No.227 of 2015 in W.A.No.352 of 2014 in Clause IV at paragraph No.38, has held as follows:- "It is further made clear that the benefit as directed above, shall be extended to the parties who are before this Court alone and no fresh Writ Petitions would be entertained on and from 09.12.2016."
3. In view of the aforesaid order passed, the writ petition cannot be entertained and the same is liable to be rejected.
4. In the light of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court, the Registry is directed to not to number the similar writ petitions in future.
