ORDER
This petition earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 17.10.2024 and 14.11.2024. On both the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the same was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. In spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either during pre-lunch session or in the post-lunch session.
2. In the circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
