This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 15.02.2019, which is nothing but a notice of enquiry scheduled on 20.02.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, the very impugned proceedings was issued without conducting proper enquiry. It is not known as to how the petitioner came to such conclusion when the impugned proceedings itself is for notice of enquiry. Moreover, as it is seen that the enquiry was scheduled on 20.02.2019 and the event, by this time had taken place already, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, challenging the notice of enquiry.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, as it is for her to participate in the enquiry and place all those materials before the Authority who issued the impugned notice.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
