JUDGMENT

None represents the second appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the sole appellant / defendant, Kamalam wife of late Palaniyyappan, died leaving behind her daughter Sornam and Latha, who is the daughter of her daughter. The grand daughter born to her daughter deceased Latha is yet to be brought on record.

3. This Second Appeal stands dismissed as non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
