ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.4(c) in Crl.MP.No.18589 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1939 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.4(c) in Crl.MP.No.18589 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1939 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025, is relaxed, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
