This petition has been filed to accept the cause title, by filing the affidavit and vakalath, putting the left thump impression of the second petitioner, on behalf of the first petitioner also, who is now unsound mind and taking treatment in the Manasasatara Private Hospital, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
