The petitioner filed O.S.No.303 of 1996 on the file of Court of District Munsif, Dharmapuri, against Kunchi, S/o.Maniyakaran, praying for partition and separate possession of 1 1/2 share and other consequential reliefs in respect of the property, admeasuring to an extent of 2.25 acres in Survey No.418, Eachanahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, and the suit was decreed exparte on 07.11.1996. 3.

The petitioner, based on the said Civil Court decree, submitted a representation, dated 16.04.2014 to the second respondent, praying for transfer of patta, cancellation of the UDR patta in the name of the third respondent and to issue patta in his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

name. Since he has not been favoured with any response, he came forward to file this Writ Petition.

Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. 5.

This Court, without going into the merits of the representation made by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2014, in accordance with law after putting on notice to the third respondent, and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent. 6.
