ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7705 of 2019 dated 22.03.2019 whereby this Court directed the respondent complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent police completed the investigation and filed the final report on 11.09.2020 in E-filing No.351 of 2020, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sulur. The respondent could not able to complete the investigation as directed by this Court due to Covid-19 pandemic circumstances.
3. Considering the above submission and also the respondent now completed the investigation and filed the final report on 11.09.2020 in E-filing No.351 of 2020 as against the alleged accused.
