ORDER

This Court, by interim order dated 04.11.2016 in W.M.P.No.31959 of 2016 in W.P.No.37222 of 2016, has directed the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of his appointment. Since the said order has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent vide e/f/vz;/755-m2-2014 ehs; 28/06/2017/ 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
