This petition has been filed by the second petitioner seeking permission to file the affidavit and vakalath and put his left thump impression of behalf of the first petitioner also, who is unsound mind and taking treatment in the Manasasatara Private Hospital, Chennai and hence, the cause title may be accepted.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
