These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 86 days, 60 days and 94 days respectively, in filing the above appeals.

2. Mrs.C.Uma, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that she has no objection in condoning the delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
