This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to submit the report in M.C.No.04 of 2021 in connection with Crime No.26 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.There shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to submit a report in Crime No.26 of 2021, within a period of four weeks to the 2nd respondent to enable the 2nd respondent to proceed further with the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
