For Petitioner in both petitions : Mr.M.Karunanithi COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by Judgment dated 20.03.2020 passed in Crl.A.Nos.28 & 29 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Kanchipuram at Chengalpattu in confirming the Judgment dated 14.03.2019 made in C.C.Nos.30 & 31 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court dated 20.04.2021 has been complied with. He filed memo stating that the amount was deposited and the proof of payments have been enclosed with the memo. The same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to call for the records from the lower Court. Issue notice to the respondent returnable by 22.06.2021. Private notice is also permitted.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) in each case with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
