praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the third respondent and quash the impugned provisional selection list for the post of Grade II PC (AR & TSP) Jail Warder and Firemen, 2019, dated 04.02.2020 vide Rc. No. 850/R2/TNUSRB/2019 issued by the third respondent to grant 1 mark to the petitioner herein for the question No. 64 in "A" Type Question paper and for the same question in other types of question papers in the above selection by holding that all options are correct answers as was done by the respondents in the previous year 2017-18 selection for the same question besides directing the respondents to issue the provisional selection list afresh after disclosing the cut off mark for each category and giving 20% preference to PSTM candidates as declared in Clause X(a) of the Notification No. 1/2019 dated 06.03.2019 within time frame.

This instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned provisional list, and seeking a direction to grant one mark to the petitioner herein for question No. 64 in the 'A' Type Question in the exam conducted for the post of Grade II PC (AR & TSP) Jail Warder and Firemen, 2019, 2/6
dated 04.02.2020.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner when the matter is called today.
3. The learned counsel for the third respondent would vehemently contend that the issue in respect of question No. 64 in 'A' type question has already been disposed of in various Writ Petitions, as tabulated in W.P. No. 4292 of 2020. Therefore, contended that the issue of granting a mark for the question No.64 is no longer res integra, accordingly, the present Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
4. I have also gone though the order of this Court dated 20.09.2023 in W.P. No. 4292 of 2020. The same pertains to the subject matter of the present Writ Petition. This Court has tabulated all the earlier Writ Petitions in the order of W.P.No.4292 of 2020. As the learned Government Advocate submits that this issue has already been finally decided and the same is no longer res intergra. This issue has already been covered by virtue of various orders as tabulated hereunder:- 3/6
