In the earlier hearing i.e. on 26.08.2015, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption "for dismissal", as there was no representation for the petitioner on that day as well as in the past hearings. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. On the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution. 3.In the result, this Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
