A.Nos.1251 to 1253 of 2024 in C.S. (Comm. Div.) No.181 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The defendant has already been set ex-parte by this Court. These applications have been filed, seeking for the following reliefs: a) To recall the plaintiff's witness (PW1);

b) To reopen the plaintiff's evidence; and c) To grant leave to file additional documents.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications as sufficient cause has been shown. Further, the respondent / defendant has already been set ex-parte by this Court. However, it is made clear that the documents are allowed to be received and marked as exhibits on the side of the plaintiff subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
