Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to award 15 marks to the petitioner bearing Roll No.13TE56204279 with respect to question Nos. 12, 20, 55 & 94 which have been asked out of the syllabus and to questions Nos. 4, 8, 13, 14, 24, 25, 76, 78, 79, 107 & 125, for which all 4 choices given in the question paper are wrong for some questions and all 4 choices given in the question paper are correct for some questions and the answers given by the petitioner for the subject matter questions are correct for some questions, to which marks were not awarded and include the same in the marks secured by the petitioner in Tamilnadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET)-2013 result published on 5.11.2013 and declare that the petitioner have passed the said test and the petitioner qualified to be posted as a B.T. Assistant (Teacher for Classes VI to VIII) by issuing a fresh mark statement including the above said 15 marks.
