ORDER
This petition has been filed for seeking police protection on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 12.02.2020.
2. The second respondent registered a case in Crime No.1270 of 2019 under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. In fact, even before that the petitioner lodged a complaint and the second respondent registered a case in Crime No. 53 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 363, 332, 397 and 506 (ii) of IPC.
3. In pursuant to the same, the second respondent registered a case and in this case there are totally 7 accused persons, in which 5 accused persons were arrested and subsequently released on bail and some of them also seeking anticipatory bail and the investigation is under progress. They had also completed investigation and sent final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for preventing them from the prosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is also an accused for another case under Section 302 of IPC.
4. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered against the accused persons and also the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report.
5. It is also seen that after the said occurrence against the petitioner, the petitioner was threatened by the accused persons. Therefore, the petitioner filed petition for police protection before this Court.
However the investigation is completed, the petitioner can very well approach the Court concerned and seek for cancellation of bail and anticipatory bail, if the accused persons have indulged in the same crime as against the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
