ORDER

The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent to consider their appeal petition dated 18.03.2015, though three notices were issued by the respondent on 17.06.2016, 18.08.2016 and 19.09.2016, calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry.

2. It appears that while dismissing the writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and issuing certain directions, no time limit was fixed to

the appellate authority to pass an order on the petitioners' appeal petition. Even assuming that no time limit has been fixed, the petitioners' appeal is disposed of within a reasonable time.

3. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal petition, after hearing the petitioners and pass a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
