ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.91 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the owner of the property and the petitioner impersonated himself as the owner of the property and executed a sale deed in favour of other accused persons. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has signed only as witness in the general power of attorney without knowing that it is a disputed property. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons joined together with an intention to grab the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property of the defacto complainant impersonated himself as the owner of the property and executed a sale deed in favour of other accused persons. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence , this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
