3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner passed away on 04.06.2021. But, no steps has been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased.
4. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as abated with a liberty to proceed further by the legal representatives. There is no order as to costs.
