This Revision is filed challenging a docket order of the learned Principal District Judge in I.D.O.P.No.219 of 2021.

2.On perusing the papers, this Court finds that service itself is not complete

and the worry of the revision petitioner appears to be that the District Court has alternate method for serving notice on the respondents. 3.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he has already taken out an application for substitute service but this is kept pending. 4.Learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur is now required to attend to the same.

5.The Civil Revision is disposed of accordingly at the admission stage itself. No costs.
