Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, the Inspector of Police, CCB, was directed to reinvestigate the matter and on 27.01.2015, memo was issued to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent for enquiry along with documents and he has not appeared.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to appear before the respondents and produce all the documents required by the respondents.

4. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police on 28.01.2015 along with all the documents and liberty is also given to the petitioner to move this Court if he is not satisfied with the investigation.
