[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner's son Kumar, S/o.Krishnan @ Venkatachalam (C.T.No.10347) permanently from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the convict will have to be continued to be kept at Central Prison, Salem, the place in which he is undergoing incarceration at present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above, we direct the respondents to consider the case of the convict and take a final call in this regard. Such a decision will have to be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
