This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 115 days in filing the above appeal against the conviction order dated 30.08.2024 in S.C.No.129 of 2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Villupuram.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
