This application has been filed as the notice on the respondent had remained unserved and therefore liberty was given to the applicant to move this application for effecting substituted service of notice on the respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

3. The applicant is permitted to take out substituted service of notice on the respondent by effecting Paper Publications in English Newspaper "Southern Mail", in Chennai Edition and in Tamil Daily Newspaper "Makkal Kural".
