O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint of the second and third respondents.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint given by second and third respondent, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.11 of 2022 and the same has been closed on 06.01.2022. He would further submit that as of now no case is pending against the petitioner and that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the first respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
