Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honble court in the above said Crl.OP.No.1111/2021 dated 29.01.2021 in Cr.No.892/2020 pending on the file of respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ATHIAMAAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1111 of 2021 dated 29.01.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1111 of 2021 dated 29.01.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
