2. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to open the tender submitted by the petitioner in respect of the tender notification dated 09.01.2018.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the technical bid of the petitioner was opened and now he is technically qualified and he will be considered at the time of opening the price bid.
4. In the light of the above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
