Ms.A.Salomi, learned Advocate Commissioner submitted that she has seized the vehicle and the same was handed over to the applicant, and to that effect, she also filed a memo and seeks grant of additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, this Court may fix an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/-, which would be just and reasonable.

3. Considering the fact that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant, the present application is closed.

4. As far as the additional remuneration made by the learned Advocate Commissioner is concerned, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.35,000/- as an additional remuneration. The applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate 1/3

Commissioner on or before 08.07.2024.
