ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to correct the UDR entries made with respect

to the property in Survey No.16/10 and to mutate the patta in favour of the petitioner.

Heard Mr.S.Saravanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R7. 3.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation made by the petitioner in this regard is pending before the 2 nd respondent and the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 09.01.2025 after affording opportunity to respondents 8 and 9 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
